At Zol EdTech Solutions (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”), we are committed to delivering high-quality training programs through our platform zepsol.com. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Refund Eligibility
A user may request a refund anytime before their chosen batch commencement date, subject to the following conditions:
The user has not accessed any part of the course content, including but not limited to:
Video lectures
Assignments
Quizzes
Downloadable resources
The user has not attended any live or recorded training session.
The refund request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled course start date, or within 24 hours of enrollment, whichever is earlier.
⚠️ Important: Once you have accessed any course material or attended even a single class, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Refund Process
If eligible, a transaction processing fee of 50% of the total course fee will be deducted from your refund.
The refund amount will be processed and issued within 30 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) after we receive all required candidate details, including:
Candidate’s full name and contact information
Bank account details
A cancelled cheque for verification purposes
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
The user has accessed any portion of the course content or training materials.
The user has attended even one training class (live or recorded).
The refund request is made after the course has started, or later than 24 hours after enrollment.
The user fails to secure a job after course completion. (Please see the Placement Disclaimer below.)
The user has violated any of the platform’s Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct, leading to account suspension.
4. Course Cancellation by Zol EdTech
In the unlikely event that we cancel a course due to internal reasons:
You will be eligible for a 100% refund, which will be processed within 30 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) after receipt of your candidate details, bank details, and a cancelled cheque.
5. Placement Disclaimer
While we provide 100% placement assistance to all eligible candidates, we do not guarantee job placement or employment as part of our courses.
Placement outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including candidate skills, interview performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.
Failure to secure a job after course completion does not entitle you to a refund.

We reserve the right to revise or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for changes.
